​​​​​​How can I place my order?

You can always order online here at our website 24 hours a day! However, if you prefer to place an order by phone, just contact us at 866-664-6703 to request assistance. (Mon - Fri  9 am - 5 pm EST).  In many cases, we will get back to you outside of these hours!


Do you ship everywhere?
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states. Some locations within these areas may require an additional shipping fee. (remote rural areas, off-mainland locations, etc.) If you know that shipping is normally extra for your location, please contact us before placing your order for a quote on the extra costs. Otherwise, we will contact you to advise any additional charge. 


How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure payments by PayPal or your credit and debit card through our merchant, PayPal.com. However, your payment is not processed on this website. You will be directed to PayPal's secure servers to make your purchase. If you place a phone order and paying by check, your order will ship 5-7 business days after we receive your check. Phone orders can also be paid by invoice to your email.


What if I want to cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled as long as it has not been processed yet. However, we do ask that you be sure about your purchase because there is a 2.9% non-refundable fee charged by our credit card merchant for processing refunds. This means your refund will be less this amount. 


How will my order ship?

Carletta's Corner offers free residential curb-side freight shipping on the Pizza Oven. Please keep in mind this product is very heavy so you will need assistance (two strong individuals) to help get your pizza oven to where you want it. Extra services such as Call Ahead, Guaranteed Delivery, moving the pizza oven onto your property or assembly are not included in our free shipping service. If you will require any extra services, please contact us to order the service and arrange for payment.


When will my order ship and be delivered?

This product ships directly from the manufacturer. The general time frame for shipping is 1-3 days from receipt of the order. However, we make it a point to get your pizza oven shipped Same Day Or Next!  Depending on your location, shipments are usually delivered between 1 and 5 business days after shipping. Although we do our best to ensure your item will be shipped and arrive when we say it will, we cannot guarantee these times (freight companies do not guarantee their delivery times). Guaranteed delivery is an extra service that can be ordered by contacting us.


​​What about tracking my order?
Once your pizza oven has shipped, we will send an email notification with tracking information for your order.


Returns & Refunds

We are sure  you will love the Aztec Allure Chiminea Pizza Oven. Everyone does!! But on the off chance that you change your mind, you can return it.
Carletta's Corner offers a money back guarantee on products returned within 10 business days of delivery. However the truth of the matter is returns are costly. This is why we seriously implore everyone to read all the specs and ask any questions you may have to make the most informed decision before purchasing.

On returns, the original shipping charge must be deducted from refund as well as the 2.9% fee charged by the credit card company. Product must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble the product).  Please leave the crate strapped on the pallet. For returns beyond 10 days, a 30% restocking fee will apply.  Please contact us (email is best) to begin the return process and obtain a return merchandise authorization number. We will arrange your return shipment.  Please note, the return shipping cost and any other applicable fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your shipment is refused, undeliverable or returned without issuing an RMA # or without the RMA # included, the restocking fee and other associated return shipping costs will apply. 
Credit is issued once the item is received and inspected.

Beyond 30 days, we do not accept returns.


What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Please make sure to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the crate has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with there being damage to the contents , please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the receipt that the delivery agent will ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
 
If your item should have any damage (or anything is missing), please contact us right away. We should be notified within five days of delivery.  We will require photos of the damage to facilitate a claim.  We will send replacement part(s) but if that's not possible, a replacement will be sent. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under the standard return policy. ​Carletta's Corner reserves the right to supply a refund in lieu of replacement parts or full unit.


Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. If you have contacted or shopped with us, we hope you would not mind receiving email notices regarding new products or specials that we have from time to time. At any time, if you do not wish to get information from us, you can just write to us from the email address involved with "remove me" in the subject line. It will be done right away.
